Spell check has greatly hindered my ability to continue to learn the correct way of spelling. In Elementary school I had a spelling test every Friday. Today, I fully rely on spell check to correct my errors. This can become very dangerous because spell check might automatically change a word you want to use into a completely different one. I do not even crack the dictionary open anymore. It is so easy to Google definitions and spelling of words.
Commas are overused at times. I feel that I am not the best at determining where and when exactly to place commas in my writing. If I read what I am writing out loud, I can better determine where a comma should, or should not go.
